Galaxy · A Vast Perspective
Keywords: A larger scale, Smallness and freedom, Loosening your grip
Deeper Meaning: The galaxy often appears when you're stuck in the details of one thing, and pulling back to a wider view can restore some calm and freedom.
Against the vastness of a galaxy, your current worries can look a lot smaller. It's a reminder to zoom out a little and give yourself some breathing room.
Try This
- Ask yourself: from a wider view, is this really as big a deal as it feels?
- Spend a little time looking up at the sky, and reconnect with your place in the wider world.
Affirmation: I can widen my view and let this worry feel a little lighter.
