Sunrise · A New Day
Keywords: A fresh start, Hope taking shape, New light
Deeper Meaning: The sunrise often appears as a reminder not to carry yesterday's mood into today. Every morning is a chance to recalibrate direction.
The sun rises again every day, no matter how hard the one before was. It's a reminder that whatever happened yesterday, today is a fresh page.
Try This
- Take one minute this morning to simply notice the start of a new day.
- Consciously leave yesterday's unresolved feelings where they belong — in yesterday.
Affirmation: Today is a fresh page, and I get to begin again.
